Actually we did last week ,several said they haven't gotten anything, no old payouts ...not sure about current(if that's what you call a 30 day net payout)

We dropped them 6+ months ago and cancelled all rebills after their message saying they would set accounts with no new sales to in-active.

I guess that is why we haven't seen any payouts from them in months. What a shitty thing to do.

Instead of Paul addressing a case by case issue based on who is complaining, why doesn't Zombaio just pay what it fucking owes people and explain, why they stole/borrowed peoples money?

Lol don't get me wrong, I'm not praising the situation, but having someone who actually responds and gets results is a big step up from what has been the norm. Money had been owed for at least 4 months at this point. and it isn't even a full settlement or close to it.

Still, my sales have slowed since I am not releasing new content so it is a bad time for them to release funds if their intent is outright theft.

Are you talking about money from "Unsettled Transactions"?
Check the last 3 months in the "Payouts Report". Maybe one of your old payouts has been released recently.
