Yes, in the beginning you could do that. But it was a long time ago now when that last worked. I have a weak, random memory about it being announced as temporary at first and that it would come back. To my knowledge, it never did.

Much like credit card loading, which was also temporarily suspended and would make its way back according to the official updates.

Till this day we have yet to see it though.

that really sucks, that you cant send, to bascially if yyou send to your atm card that money is only useful for atm use, not for sending anyone money, you cant send a person money until you get more in.

That hasn't worked in a long time.

Really sucks because there have been times where I put 1K on my card and then needed to pay for something with a transfer and could not.

Ended up having to use the card to fund his paypal which costed extra $20 or some shit.
