If you didn't get a response you aren't qualified or the company with the opening passed on taking an interview with you. I've hired 3 people from these guts in the last 2-3 years, so yes people get jobs form them.
I've never expected a response from resume or CV submission if I wasn't qualified for the position.

I think all but 2, that I can remember, that I interviewed with, got back with me and at least let me know they went another direction, I wasn't what they were looking for, whatever way it went that I wasn't getting the job, they let me know - even in my real world, I've always been let know - whether it was because I followed up and was persist ant or whatever reason, but all of them let me know. And most let me know why -
I don't say I feel entitled to a response back - my main thing was just more curious if anyone had ever been hired from this service, and I think that's what others have asked and mentioned as well - people genuinely want to know if this service has been useful - at least that's my take from it. :winkwink: |
