starting a site without content and little or no money up front

Starting a SUCCESSFUL site with no content and little or no upfront money - possible? I'm almost ready to announce launch of my Wordpress site. After many hours of styling my design and doing the PHP it is nearly complete (Just need to do some more query-related database PHP and work on the Webcams section). What is the best way to monetize webcams? I want something integrated into my site, not a whitelabel. It is OK if it takes them offsite to get in the chat and watch in a new window. The list and previews I want on my site.

Can it be done? There is that old adage "takes money to make money" but I want to do it for little or nothing. I even have a "Stuff" menu with subcategories for penis enlargement (Clickbank promotional texts), planning on selling seduction materials and sex toys like the Fleshlight. When it comes to actual pornographic content, 18xgirls.com said I Can use up to 20 images and 5 minutes of a few videos as long as they are linked. I can find a similar licensing agreement with Payserve (insistent upon direct link). None of them seem to just let me take an image and put it on my site without copyright issue.

What are some techniques to get free content whenever possible since I am chickenwiring it (paid $30 for my Wordpress theme, $20 for the menu, $50 for some plugin I wasted money on, $25 for CyberSEO gallery magic which I probably wont use much). I'm also trying to hook in with Met-Art as well. They claim to be "among the best" but have so many galleries to choose from. It's hard to tell what the buyer's going to like. I have a PHP traffic trade script and link list (36 total link spots open).

What are effective strategies to get the buyer in? What is the technique to sell through digital media. I'd opt for variety and quality original content from around the world - multiple affiliates with imagery to use. How do you pick the BEST ones that actually sell ? What is the best format to deliver it to the user via Wordpress platform? I'm looking for insight while I study CClickbank for how to build my first article that tries to sell penis enlargement. I'm off to signBucks Daily to eye through thousands upon thousands of images to pick the best sites that may license content as well. FHG's on traffic rotation through a carousel system that sends 20% of clicks on my image galleries to them. So many ways to make a buck in this game I just have to learn. 13% of my traffic is from China.

Wow. You ask a lot of questions.....

IF you are serious it can be done BUT you MUST work your ass off 18 hours a day, 7 days a week for months before seeing anything from it.

Ready, willing and able to do so?

I think the most integration you will ever get is a whitelabel. Not sure what other kind of integration you would be looking for. Using your own member database/signup form, but streaming from other webcam networks? I'm pretty sure that won't happen. If you don't want to use a whitelabel then the only other option is the affiliate material that they can provide you with. Some of it can look like it's integrated into your site, I guess, but it won't be, it will lead surfers off your site with the possibility of signing up on the actual webcam network site and the possiblity of you getting affiliate comissions for it. I highly doubt you will be anywhere near ready to start your own independant webcam network any time soon. So don't worry too much about integration, or try whitelabel.

Affiliate websites, freesites, blogs, etc are a pain in the neck, at least for me, but hey, if Rochard supposedly makes money from it than you can too! Expect it to take a while.

Is this a paysite or a blog? Your post is somewhat confusing.

As far as I can tell, you are overthinking and promoting too many different verticals. Your mindset should be 1) find profitable offer 2) acquire traffic for that offer.

Getting in on "the ground floor", so to speak, can be tough...especially about getting content acquired.
If you need some to get off the ground with, very affordably, hit me up!

Successful businesses start from solving a problem. Find a problem. Solve it. Build the business around solving that problem.

Wow. That was a lot to read.
I think you are complicating things and trying to do too many things at once.
Why not start slow and build it up from there?
Pic a site to promote and build a blog with the promo material they provide with their affiliate program.
You could also use the default wordpress theme or find a simple free one and not use any plugins.

A very low "barrier of entry" is why this industry attracts so many nit-wits.
