you're doing it wrong. Steps to start a succesful tube:

1) First you need to steal content to grow your tube. Content producers will hate you but ignore it for a few years and keep ripping them off.
2) Once millions of people watch the stolen videos every day, count your profits.
3) Now you have all the money you need to go legit and make it sustainable.
4) Content producers you ripped off a few years ago will now pay you to put their videos online.
5) You will be called a bro by people you stole from and they now give you their content. Success.

You have to buy traffic. Simple as that. There's very little organic growth in tubes now unless your tubes are extremely niche

my first advise: stop mentioning you are based in Germany cause your plan is illegal according to German laws unless you plan to implement age verification
