    Could you break through bullet proof glass at a bus stop, to claim 3million dollars?

      Why break the glass anyway? Simply remove the panel from the bus stop and extract cash at leisure?

      Likewise, just drive a Hummer through it ?

          Wouldn't try to break it I'd get a truck and steal the whole thing and bring it to a warehouse and find my way in from a seam.

                              I wouldn't try and use force on the glass. Why not just get a glass cutter? I know I could break it but they probably are watching and when some one is about to get close they come rushing out and stop the person and say it is not following the rules.
