it's a link trading service.. so you'd find suitable sites to trade links with, send requests/review pending requests, and then accept..
however there has been some stuff with that site over the past few years.. might be best poking around for how it's managed/who is managing before investing time |

Hopefully you kept some of those sites in your blog network. Links from those would be far more valuable than the crap you get on Linkspun.

However, which is the way to go? Google for sites on my niche?
