An attorney was going to charge me $3,500-ish but I said fuck it I am going to do my own research and represent myself.

The abusive female's lies were plain as day. She was a horrible liar. She completely fabricated everything. Her big mistake was making her lies SO fucking outrageous they were unbelievable. Plus during the times she said I did these things I was with my kid. This abusive female should have thought this out better and she would have had a better chance of victimizing me.

If you guys have not had the privilege of being abused by a female then let me give you a brief run down on the VIOLENCE against Woman ACT/Ex Parte/ Domestic violence court.

ANY women can file a restraining or anti harassment order against any man for any reason. She may have never met the man or ever come in contact with the man. She can walk into any courthouse and often there is a special office staffed to help the woman fill out the paperwork so she does not need an attorney. Many attorneys will represent a woman for free because they know that most likely the man is going to lose in court and then the judge is going to order the man to pay the woman's attorney fees. Nice huh?

The woman walks in to Ex Parte court and makes the charges to the Stalin-approved judge. The judge just rubber stamps a temporary order. Next day a Sheriff deputy knocks on the man's door and serves him with the restraining order and often demands he turn over any weapons. Man freaks out as he reads the accusations against him. He says the typical things like "I thought this was the United States of America how could someone make these accusations and judgement is made without giving me due process"....and "what about the Constitution?" blah blah blah blah

The court date for this poor guy is 2 weeks away. He still thinks "No way will a judge believe this stuff I am going to go in there and get justice!". His friends and family cannot believe the accusations that were made on the temporary order. Everyone tells him "Hire an attorney!". So man hires an attorney and gulps as he strokes a check for $3,000 +. The attorney makes him fell better and tells him "we have a good shot at beating this order. What the attorney does not tell the poor guy is that these courts are man-hating carnivals and you are instantly guilty just for being a man.

So two weeks later the man shows up for court having not slept properly for days, has missed work, and is a nervous wreck. The man sits there and watches other guys go up to the judge for their cases without an attorney and every man gets screwed. But he tries to stay positive and says " I hired a good attorney". It is then his time to see the judge. The woman's attorney then begins to roast the man and makes him out to be public enemy #1. Then it is time for the man's attorney to speak. The attorney is basically a dead fish at that point because he does not to vigorously defend the man which might piss off the judge. The attorney knows the game and knows the man is probably going to lose. The judge makes the temporary order permanent and the man's mouth drops open. He cannot believe what he just witnessed. The judge orders the man to pay the attorney fees of the woman. So now the man is stigmatized for life with a public record that makes him look like a stalker/woman abuser and he is out $7,000 +. He loses his right to own a firearm and he will likely get denied future employment, have women decide not to date/marry him, and even be turned down for credit or accepted to buy a condo in a nice complex or rent an apartment.

How did I win against my abusive female? I had women from my neighborhood come to court with me and they said this abusive female was lying. I also researched the possible judges to get to know them based on previous rulings and political affiliations. I said some things in my declaration that painted the abusive female as a right wing religious nut because I knew my judge was a communist sympathizer. I painted myself as a communist. I won. Fuck you go die you abusive cunt. I won.

I called up the attorney I almost hired. He was shocked I won. I am still going to give him some money because he spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone.

And while all these police and court personnel and all these resources are being wasted fucking over innocent men the real abusers of women often slip through the cracks and end up killing women. If society focused on the truth and really cared about women instead of lining up to roast men then perhaps we could save a few more women.

Ha ha ha it only took two posts for someone to say this. I knew it was coming but thought it would be a few more posts down the line.

I take extra lumps because I am a child advocate. I fight for the people nobody cares about. Many children are abused because the protective father is removed from the life of a child by these abusive courts.

The Steve Wilcos show should open everyone's mind to women using "abuse" or worse yet "child abuse" to further petty jealousies and hatred. Watching men pass lie detector tests with perfect scores is a real eye-opener to how slanted the courts are.

AND ... there is almost zero penalty for making up bogus claims that cost men time, money, public opinion and heartbreak. Pitiful situation.

I once testified along with my store manager for an employee who arrived home after work to be arrested for domestic felony violence. Funny that he was a commissioned mechanic with work jobs, part orders and time stamped invoices from 8 am to overtime around 7pm. When did this violence have a chance to supposedly happen? It didn't, it couldn't, but he was arrested anyway. He finally got off but it cost him visitation rights, family embarrassment, legal fees, etc. Not a damn thing happened to his ex .....
