This weekend my wife and I visited Arlington Cemetery along with the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Eternal flame at JFK's final resting spot. Who else has been there? What did you take away from it?

When I lived with my parents in northern Va. I worked there during a summer vacation for a company rebuilding the walkways around the Tomb and where they hold services above it. Pretty somber place.

I have been there. To me it is hallowed ground...as are all military graveyards.
