    Business Typical Porn Production Company Structure

    What's the typical structure? Shooter, webmaster, graphics, programmer, media buyer/affiliate rep?

    Someone posted great info on this a while ago, I think it was a shooter. I can't find it.

    If you were a one man show and expanding, what position would be the first you'd fill and why?

      If you are a one man show and are expanding, the first thing you need is an affiliate manager. Let them handle your affilaites while you are shooting or recruiting or what not. A good affilaite manager can not only handle your affiliates, but also do customer support, HTML, updates, and if they cannot design they can manage someone that can.

              Affiliate managers are dead and a fucking waste of time. Do not listen to this bullshit.

              Simple: hire someone to do ANY 'repetitive tasks' you may be doing on a daily/weekly basis. THIS will free you and help you expand more than anything else.
