Imagine the cost of that thing. People spending so much money just so they can kill each other. Humans are retarded. I hope ebola will hit the world hard.Free 🅑🅘🅣🅒🅞🅘🅝🅢 Every Hour (Yes, really. Free ₿itCoins.)

most companies did indeed have problems - especially in the 90ties when they tried to build everything as cheap as possible - but today i would dare to say the quality has never been better.
The cars that we consider nowadays top quality - like the Mercedes W123 - used to have lots more issues back then that we would like to remember
unless it's winter - then replace mud with snowComment

I see a lot of W123 that have +30 years and are still running...with mileage ? milions of km ? its hard to imagine a car produced now that will run for 30 yearsComment

i'll give you that on the engines - especially Diesel. but show me a W123 that is not halfway eaten by corrosion, unless someone really loves his car and takes care of it constantly
our company car is a W210 from 1998 and while it still runs fine - mostly - we already had to replace the automatic transmission, there's corrosion, 2 window openers don't work anymore and several other small issues.Comment

Old engines from 1980s etc could even be driven 1.000.000 km. Not only merc, but even WV. Ok not all, but 500.000km was peace of cake. Nowadays you are lucky to get good 300.000 km out of the new cars.most companies did indeed have problems - especially in the 90ties when they tried to build everything as cheap as possible - but today i would dare to say the quality has never been better.

Not to mention the quality of the body itself, used to be tough and nowadays it is just thin stuff that gets rusty fast..
Not only German cars, but cars in general.
They used to build it for 10+ years, nowadays they build it to hold the leasing time (5-6 years).
Addendum: I did not see the other user posted the same thing about engines and corrosion and durability
