Denmark city welcomes jihadist fighters home
Interesting... ? What do you guys think of this?
* AARHUS, Denmark ? The rush of morning shoppers parted to make way for Talha, a lanky 21-year-old in desert camouflage and a long, religious beard. He strode through the local mall with a fighter?s gait picked up on the battlefields of Syria. Streams of young Muslim men greeted him like a returning king. As-salamu alaykum. Wa alaikum assalaam. In other countries, Talha ? one of hundreds of young jihadists from the West who has fought in Syria and Iraq ? might be barred from return or thrown in jail. But in Denmark, a country that has spawned more foreign fighters per capita than almost anywhere else, the port city of Aarhus is taking a novel approach by rolling out a welcome mat. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/...html?tid=sm_fb

No comparison with the United States. Denmark is the size of one of our smaller states. Mark me though, the Jihadists have no respect for weakness, civility. The soft approach will work on a few but I doubt on the many. Good luck Denmark. You'll need it. You may wish you deported instead of counseled them.

If the danish are willing to die in the name of tolerance, let them have it.

Denmark is a fucked up country to live in (I'm born in Denmark), I'm not surprised at all.
There is lots of instances where immigrants have been throwing molotov cocktails and similar things after the police without the police acting (like even making a single arrest) other than making public statements like "We don't know for sure who threw it after us and going after the entire group would likely cause a lot of trouble so we decided to keep our distance"... Don't forget we are not talking about 500 people in a demonstration, we are talking about gangs with 15-20 people ![]() It was popular in certain areas to start fires around tall buildings and when the firetrucks arrived they would throw furniture (couches, dining room tables etc) and TV's out the window / balcony after them from 5-10th floor.. It stopped after the firefighters and ambulances refused to there without police escorts... The danish government did manage to do some good by giving free heroin to heroin addicts, it reduced crime and made it safer. They applied a similar concept where they tried to give a free bicycle to known bicycle thieves hoping they would stop stealing them, they kinda failed on that one ![]() ![]()
