I am getting a new tiny adult domain name in order to protect myself. Glad I did this in mainstream already...

I might be confused but I thought twitter sued them or such and they had to either hand over the domain or something or shut down. Twitpic chose not to work with Twitter and instead to self destruct.

Well that's what I was getting at. Get a domain that does not make them hungry for your trademark and migrate the users. Must be a million names better than twitpic for pete's sake.
