I am bullied and forced by Juggcash to post this.
let me share my experience with you

I joined juggcash in 5/13/2008
It's been 7 years

By the end of last year, I moved to a new location.
And I noticed cheque has been sent to my previous location.
Thus I contacted JuggCash to reissue the cheque by July 17, 2015.
Matthew replied he needed time to check if it has been cashed out.
Fair enough.

1.5 month passed and Matthew said he was still checking.
Then, I contacted the owner of my previous location if there was any mail for me.
I am told there was no mail for me.

Thus, I immediately informed Matthew by Sept 6 that there was no mail for me.
Since then, Matthew didn't reply me.

I added James, Matthew, Nick in skype
They didn't accept my skype request.

It's been 2 months now since I notify them this issue.
The amount involved is very small. It 's only $116.14

Points for you :
1) I've joined Juggcash 7 years ago and received this treatment.
How many years have you joined Juggcash ?

I've had a few PPS sales just disappear before when I was starting out, then their screenshot that they sent of my stats were changed and slightly different from the one's I had and the only response from them that I got was "I don't know what to tell you, dude"..
I stopped promoting them, seemed shady.

I just logged in my juggcash dashboard today

After I told Matthew that the owner of my previous location did not have any mail for me on Sept 6, there has been no stats on my juggcash account from Sept 7 to Sept 16.
In other words, if there's any sales from my site from Sept 7 to Sept 16, I will not be credited.

I really don't understand why they resort to this

I think you need to lookup the definition of bully.

I think you need to lookup the definition of "forced".

Try emailing support, or another affiliate manager at Manwin, such as Nancy.

Not to be flippant, but did it really take you 7 years to make enough for a payout?

Whether guilty or not, it's a pretty far reach I think to suggest a company is skimming from those making 1000's per month based solely on the fact you are missing a cheque for $116

I had a old address when ccbill mailed two checks. I figured they would just mail another one to the correct address. Well I was right but not before a $40 stop check fee.

Why does it matter if he's owed $116 or $1,116? You think just because it's a small(er) amount it's not worth the hassle? Replace Juggcash with CJ or ShareaSale and it's a different story. But no, because this is adult, we should have a more lenient attitude and let it slide when an affiliate program is LATE paying affiliates or doesn't even SEND A CHECK. FFS, step out of adult for a while.

As for taking 7 years to make the minimum - I can't speak for the OP but that seems perfectly normal, if all you did was throw up a banner on a site with small traffic, likely unrelated to the niche the site caters to... and then forgot about it.

Anyway, I hope you get paid OP. I know I recently (uhh, in July) got my first check from Juggcash. Totally forgot about them til it came in, wasn't even promoting the program due to the horror stories. I moved house and was super lucky my landlord forwarded my mail to me.

He is talking about moving so it may be that this is not the first, just latest cheque.
However - there is nothing strange to make $100 with one sponsor in 7 years, I have many sponsors where I made 0-30 bucks in years, mostly because I just slapped some banner on some blog.
Many people have 100+ sponsors where they actively promote 10 of them and rest are just couple clicks a day as an example

Relax dude, I've been in similar situation with them and I've got paid. Just contact them again, try icq or something. The have billions of dollars, I'm sure they are not wanting to scam you over $100 bucks.
But I agree that sometimes communication with big affiliate programs is not easy, especially when you are small fish.
