    Best shoes for Parkour?

    I've been watching some of the parkour videos on youtube over the weekend, so I obviously consider myself somewhat of an expert on it now...

    Thing is, safety first and all that, before I go running across the rooftops, and jumping and somersaulting from building to building & stuff...

    What shoes do you recommend?
