Good we need more laws like this and in fact I think the sentence should be at least 5 years in a real prison with real monsters that did things like kill and eat their family.
I also think we need undercover cops to trap trolls like they trap pedos. (ie: setup a sting to get the troll to meet in public and then arrest them)
The rights of one individual ends when it infringes upon the rights of another.
No one should be harnessed, threatened, have private intimate photos posted of them, be publicly mocked, subjected to hate speech, their handwork stolen, etc. If someone want's to be an asshole they certainly have the right to do so but not at the expense of someone else.
The Internet is a public place and we all have the right to peaceful enjoyment.
