    Business US Payment Service (Payoneer)

    Hello GFY:

    Is any of you also facing the Payoneer US Payment Service delay?

    In their support forum there's people already facing the same problem, wires were sent back in Oct 9th, they usually take from 24-48 hours, worst case scenario 72 hours, its tuesday and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

          Payoneer sent me another wire today so i guess i will have 2 delayed wires. i have tried their live chat support and it was useless they just told me "someone" from the "Global Bank Transfer" department will be contacting me within 2-4 days.

          This is not good from Payoneer it is now 5 figures they owe and all i need is at least a tracing code, their support chat is a joke. please if any of you knows a payoneer rep who can help me on this ill really appreciate it

              Just asking but could this be anyway caused by the usa banking holiday on monday ? Just asking .

                  Hi beenthere, at first i thought that columbus day might have been a reason, but this wire was sent on oct 8th, ive been receiving payments from them since 2012 every week like clockwork, the most i have had to wait in the past is 48 hours, but it usually shows up in my bank 24 hours later, its been 7 days now and no luck (5 business days).

                  their forum wont let me post, ive added the guy Nissim on icq and see if i have any luck, and also checking on gfy if there is someone who could assist me on this. i mean i know this is going to be settled i do not lack trust on payoneer, but the process to fix this is being slow and painful

                      Well I only withdraw usually once or twice per month , and like you never have problem ,always receive my money within 48 hours . I hope they get this fixed for you , please keep us informed as many of us have other options to withdraw our money should something happen with payoneer .

                          Hello there! well payoneer never responded but the wire got here, seems like the wires now come from a company called "americhexx" it was a different one in the past. so the delay might have been because its a new account? i really dont know but thank god wire cleared

                                  yeah and on top of that they dont seem to have helpful tools to solve issues inmediatly, for example if a client with a situation like mine had a delay this could be easily fixed if the CS rep would have had access to the wire transfer confirmation code, when you have a tracking number you just give it to your local bank and they can track it for you, and they told me they had no access to that, and i dont even want to talk about the card i applied for last year and its still on "pending"

                                  but well i still have to be grateful with them, they have been paying on time all this time, it sucks to be clueless about this kind of situation and having to wait long queues and days for basic answers
