The offers displayed for the free trial are mostly International offers with the exception of Cams, so there's not a whole lot of need for geo-targeting right off the bat.

However if you promote The Porn Survey with "Back-Offers" enabled, your visitors may get an additional offer in a popunder and that may be geo-targeted.

If the visitor is from a country that is not accepted at all, he or she will be redirected to another offer that will monetize this demographic.
