Oh i have BUDDY, you do not understand DEADLINES OR GROUP MOVEMENTS...you have to make a collective effort-- if I just post "Hey cancel your rebills" how fucking different would that be than what's already posted... And speaking from someone who has more intrest in them surviving, just like anyone with them AND REBILLING, we want to show that we can organize. So what if they keep collecting until NOV 1.... they need to move to answer our demands or we all flip the switch. It would be better to buy time by offering an option to export rebills at the same time improve there service to retain/ most would delay exporting because of up front fees- oh I have followed this since 2009 and I have thought it out well since their other fumbles over the years........ Their needs to be a collective Mass Exit if our demands are not met... not ones and twos!!! 100s!!!!!! Sign the petition.... Our demands must be met by NOV 1 or we'll be canceling our Rebills

John Cavebring and the rest of the crooks at Zombaio will continue to laugh all the way to the bank. If people really want to "fight for what is right" I suggest that you all report Zombaio to the proper authorities in your country for their crimes.
Enough laws have already been broken, and there is more than enough of "legal ammunition" to use. But it seems nobody wants to take the legal route to chase Zombaio. Why not?

Zombaio are not keeping rebills captive. Any merchant can cancel them and contact their customer direct with an alternate processor at any time.
You suggest that people report Zombaio to the proper authorities for their "crimes" but even if there was proof that they had actually committed any "crimes" (is late payment really a "crime"?), all that forcing them out of business would achieve is that nobody would be paid.
In my country this is called "cutting your nose off to spite your face", and anybody who says I don't care about the money I just want to put Zombaio out of business should think of the other people that will be affected by Zombaio's demise that do care about the money and could also be forced out of business.
Somebody asked me why I post in support of Zombaio, but the truth is I don't. I post in support of my business and the money I do not want to lose. If Zombaio limp on constantly under attack, there is a slim chance of us getting paid. If they are forced out of business by spite or peoples' lack of patience, then there is zero chance.
Slim will always be better than zero for me.
I honestly do not think that Zombaio's intention has ever been to steal peoples' money. There are still paying out, and are trying to address their problems but clearly there was something wrong with their whole business model and it had to be changed.
It can be hard for a business to trade out of a difficult time at the best of times, and when you operate in the public eye with so many people poking their noses into stuff that doesn't affect them it is even harder. Do you really think they are trying to hang in there just to squeeze out a few last rebills to steal? If they are criminals they are pretty ineffective. Not at all in keeping with the image that Zyber constantly tries to paint of the owners.
Also, and quite amazingly, on a forum where people dissect every word in a Zombaio communication, nobody seems to have noticed that they said that those that are using Zombaio only for rebills or didn't have them as primary billers MAY be subject to a markup on the processing. It didn't say that they definitely would and if my business model involved rebills, I would be talking with them direct about this to find out the story in my specific case before embarking on any course of action that would reduce my chances of keeping said rebills active or getting paid whatever else I was owed.

Look guys, it's time to cut your losses and move on. The issues with Zombaio began during the Christmas season of 2010 and they've constantly gone downhill since.
Anyone willingly sending them new sales with the hopes of them righting the ship is a fool. I even feel we should have cut our losses long ago and washed our hands of them...Comment

Why Zombaio has this problems... They spent more than we gave them?SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Based on what I have read here it's the same as with epassporte. The owners see the writing is on the wall for most of adult so they take other people's money in the industry and use it to fund non-adult ventures which fail.
The letter from them where they say they are going to start taking an extra 5% for not putting them on primary pretty much tells you what you need to know. It also reminds us that these companies are largely unregulated and can pretty much do whatever they want.
