                                          Not a hater, just amused. Bought Motorola Moto G for a spin, I do everything that my friends do with their 5 times more expensive iphones. So yeah, pretty dumb to overpay for a sticker and pain in the ass closed system

                                                  I thought they were closed up until this past Saturday when I had one sitting on my desk. I did 3 non-Apple hacks to mine, just today.

                                                  I no longer think they are closed.

                                                  Thinking about it further, the nerds in Silicon Valley would not be using Mac's at a 70% rate if they could not be hacked. Nerds like to hack.

                                                      Nah, that's all false. Macs are worthless and so closed. You can't do ANYTHING with a Mac. Windows now.. Oh man, holy grail of hacking bro. dat sub7.

                                                          Nah, I mean things like you have to use itunes instead of simply transfering files, or one of my favorite from few years back - not having an USB port. Things like that are just random examples of how apple like to complicate user convenience and philosophy like that is the reason why I would not pick apple product over anything.

                                                              I haven't opened iTunes in a while, and usb ports? Are you serious? My early 2011 13" MacBook Pro has 2 ports on it.

                                                                      Indeed, and it is just an example of their philosophy that I can not stand for. There are few other things, I even forgot what they were, I just remember reading about them and being like "wtf, that is inconvenient".
