    .LV domain names

    I want to register a .LV domain name for a Las Vegas travel site. .LV extension is a non US country specific extension. Can it still be used for other purposes than what it was intended for?

          Some country specific extensions have restrictions.
          But it seems registration is open to foreigners for .lv's
