How to report underage sites to Visa?
I'm spam mails including rape, lolitas, underage etc... Mostly from Russia... Their billing processors are smaller processors from Europe (I guess)...
I warn these processors by email, but some don't reply. How do I report these processors to Visa? |

Hmm, I never reported to a c/c company but I've turned in one site a few times over the last 2 years and the fucker is still online. What a crock of shit we can't even get a cp site off the internet for Christ sake.
