What GB/day can a T3 handle?

What GB/day (or bytes/sec) can a T3 handle? If anyone has a chart on T1s, T3s, etc., please show me!

I am not going to convert it, but
T1 = 1.44Mbps
T3 = 10mbps
OC3 = 45mbps

(not 100% sure about T3, but I think it is 10)

16.6Gb going absolutely flat out, derate that to 40% or 50% capacity and you get 6.6 - 8.3Gb per day.

By the numbers a 45Mbps connection is 14,580 gigs per month... but that would tie up the connection and cause your sites to be unreachable, so a more realistic number is about 9000 gigs per month.

I usually figure 1Mbps to be 200 gigs per month max to maintain comfort and avoid packet loss.
