Where does bottled come from? In countries where tap water is clean bottled usually come from the same source (tap) making it the same quality.

That certainly depends how you store the bottles, where they were tapped and what material the bottle is made of.

Where I live we drill for the water and in the area I live the water is exceptionally clean. No bottled water is tapped from our area (that I know of).

Just checked and still not sure, I've got it. Could you please send me PM?

As about the sanctions. They are really strong and this is what I have to drink now (no tea, sugar, flour, salt and matches in Russian supermarkets anymore):

Seriously? No sugar, flour or salt? That's pretty bad.

bronco67 09-21-2014 09:29 AM

Yep, no bread, not meat, no fruits, no groats :(

I'm just kidding, of course :) In fact, nothing changed there. At least I can't see it.

I see, you drill for you (or neighbors) only. When I hear "tap water" I assume it is "city water". Drilling is another story, of course :)

I fucking love this

On the odd day of a hangover. Its gravol and gingerale til I fall back asleep. And put life on hold until I emerge.

Peppermint Tea

John-ACWM 09-22-2014 02:54 AM

Drank all sorts of natural tea in the first half of the year, now mostly coffee.

Bourke 09-22-2014 02:55 AM

half a litre of water, then start cooking bacon and eggs. A glass of water with breakfast.

Rochard 09-22-2014 05:27 AM

At this point I am drinking only water. First thing in thing the morning I drink water; Keep a bottle right next to the bed.

Tam 09-22-2014 07:55 AM

Coffee - coffee - and more coffee!!

If I don't have my coffee - I can almost guarantee that no one anywhere near me will make it thru the day unscathed. lol

BlackCrayon 09-22-2014 08:03 AM

i used to drink orange juice every morning until i realized how bad it is for you sugar-wise. now, just water. i've never drank coffee, just never cared for it.

Choopa Phil 09-22-2014 08:07 AM

Water all day for the most part, everything else is filled with crap or stains your teeth.

I stole that picture, I hope it's ok - I am thinking of using it on my facebook profile. lmao

freshly ground dark roasted beans from a bur grider in a french press with a little bit of whole milk and freshly ground cinnamon. Yummy

Be my guest. I've had it tucked away in my image archives since the virtual stoneage. :D

(don't ask me what font I used for it though, I so can't recall)

Tom_PM 09-22-2014 10:01 AM

Low budget instant coffee. You know the stuff, $5 a jar, best part of waking up, good to the last drop etc..

Serious question. I understand drinking it once a month when you have some exam or work project etc, but this? :Oh crap

because its extremely addictive. not just the caffeine but all that other shit they put in it spikes it.

i'll have one coffee in the morning black with coconut oil and sweetener in it. the harm in sweetener is completely fabricated. Sugar does FAR FAR more harm and has been proven, people just don't like to accept it.

why would a chemically created substance be healthier for you? the best sugar to eat is pure cane sugar, not the processed stuff but of course as sparingly as possible.

If I put sugar in every cup of coffee I have, I'd be in the hospital within a week - I am diabetic and as bad as some of that is for you, it's not an option for some of us.. ;)

probably best to avoid them both

http://www.haaretz.com/life/science-...emium-1.616294

regardless, do you know the acceptable daily intake (ADI) for your preferred sweetener?

also caffeine can sometimes make it harder to control your blood sugar.

No as a matter of fact I don't - I guess I should find that out - I just know I can't do aspartame as it makes me very sick - with all of the side effects you've heard abut, headaches - weight gain - all sorts of things - and Saccharin is as bad - the only thing I can do without what appears to be too many side effects is Splenda -

I am a pretty good Diabetic for the most part - I am not as food driven as many of them you meet - and I don't hide things like they don't exist - waiting for a leg to be cut off - I like my legs too damn much for all that - I pay for it, no one else does. :thumbsup

well it would probably be safer than its man-made substitute..that is a non-answer.

the FDA has a number for each sweetener of which is the acceptable daily intake. i'm sure you're within it as i would think its probably quite high.

its not easy being a diabetic. its a sugar, white bread, white pasta world out there but its better for all of us to not eat that stuff. i've heard of people dedicating 28 hours a week to just managing it but its better than the alternative, like you said, losing a leg or worse. improperly managed (or not managed at all) diabetes can be a killer that few talk about.

petwussy00 02-02-2015 01:26 AM

I have a cup of coffee...sometimes orange juice...

Pornopat 02-02-2015 01:27 AM

A few liters of water to flush the system.

EngineCash 02-02-2015 01:51 AM

Just cold water... :) Best drink ever... :)

OneHungLo 02-02-2015 02:08 AM

I usually have some eggs and wash them down with a fruit smoothie of kale + blueberries + black berries+ pineapple + spring water / blend then drink :)
