just dont let'em stay beyond 28 days.. they tend to move in and could squat...
i got sick of doing 2 days here n there.. went for the 1 week to 3 week peeps and was doing $169 a night.. sometimes $239 a night for 1BR condo. It depends on the property..
Set the folks up with the basics, even if you just leave the key in a lock box and they get it upon arrival... theres many ways to do it.. but it can pay.. and you've got Airbnb and their insurance as well as the renters CC# in case of damage/theft. I go through a service that uses Airbnb and it has been pretty good. The big issue that I had about doing it myself is if anything goes wrong, I was out of the country so it was hard to do maintenance. They are not used to the place so they break stuff or goof stuff up. Not a huge deal but irritating.Comment

We have rented a few places with them and its smooth. 99% of the places are exactly whats shown in the photos with no bullshit involved.
