...I went to the bay this morning to Salmon fish. I did not catch one today but did get to see a boat launched without the plug being put in. I may have learned a couple of new cuss words.

Modern boats (smaller ones) have usually compartments those are airtight and can float the boat even if it's full of water.
Although in this case the boat could have been still attached to whatever they used to get it into water. Smaller boat have plug to get the water out of the boat. I put gas in my new car today. After I pulled up to the pump and opened the door to my gas cap, I noticed the sticker that said "Premium Fuel Only".
