2 of my mates have died this year, and I found something to take the piss out of both times. I have zero doubt that they laughed if shit works like that. Both funny as fuck blokes who knew humour is vital as long as it isn't truly malicious, and that it's also sometimes a coping mechanism. people who don't understand that aren't serious about their humour.

Joan Rivers was in a toilet cubicle in a New York building and noticed that there was no toilet paper. Hearing another woman leave another cubicle she called out and said "Excuse me honey, is there any toilet paper in the next cubicle ?". "No, I am afraid not" the woman replied.

So Joan Rivers then went on to ask the lady, "Well is there any paper towels at the sinks", the woman looks for a bit and replied "No sorry they are all out too".

I was on her talk show back in the day. She was an incredibly down to earth and cool person. Very positive and not judgmental at all about the porn - which was particularly rare for someone back then in mainstream.
