You'd think with all these promos and initiatives you and your colleagues would have the ability to respond to issues that weren't directly related to promoting yourselves.

I emailed you many days ago about a pirate site (File Locker Reseller) accepting Paxum payments - which it apparently still does - have had no feedback as to the outcome.

I posted in this thread yesterday afternoon, was questioned for my position, then emailed Chris who promised me a follow up email and what do you know, more than a day has passed now since my original email and the promise of "I'll email you tomorrow" has become 'perhaps sometimes in the future when we get around to it'

We very much appreciate the communications from you and Copy Control and everyone else who informs us of potential fraudulent activity within our system. We always respond to confirm receipt of the information, and we always investigate.

If you would rather not submit such information to me directly due to a concern of conflict (as mentioned in the thread post you reference), you are more than welcome to submit the information via the Paxum Message Center inside your Paxum account.

With regards to your comment about the "fairness" of you posting in this thread about this matter, the beauty of GFY is that you have the freedom to post whatever you want (within forum guidelines) in whichever thread you wish. It is not my place to tell you what and where to post, that is for you to determine for yourself.

It is important for you to note however, that Paxums privacy policy, and our stance on client confidentiality, is non-negotiable. We will not violate our agreements with our customers. As a result, we do not generally provide follow-up/updates to those who file fraudulent reports. However, we do inform affected clients of any payment reversals that occur as a result of proven TOS violations.

However it is still, impossible for us to verify if an account has been terminated by other means. Tell me, do you actually have a risk management team ?

Your company is unique amongst every other payment processing entity we deal with in not providing us a way of determining whether an account had been dealt with or not, which to my mind leaves a lot of wriggle room for Paxum to simply do nothing.

As I said in the other thread, don't take this personally, but when it comes to risk management your company are amateurs. You have left issues open for up to two years without resolving them - despite promises otherwise.

I'd suggest reviewing your policies and perhaps putting us in touch directly via email with your risk management team - otherwise the only alternative left to us is to start raising these issues with relevant regulators.

We want to work with you, not against you - but seriously you need risk management procedures and a team separate from sales to deal with such issues.

It would be a shame to see Paxum become another Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money.
