Nobody loves Beef Jerky more than me.

I just had this - moist tasty and chewy - but it's not a premium brand, meant for the masses. I like the cheap stuff you get at Costco as much as the gourmet type.

I make some jerky, either with venison or beef when I see a roast on sale. It's pretty damn addictive. It's what I live on all winter when ice fishing!

I dont mind it from time to time but not really a favorite. Had some a while back that was spicy as hell. Bit of a turn off especially on the return the next day.

I polish off about 6 ounces a day, these days. I have grabbed these a few times and it's not horrible.

But, it seems to me to be more processed and manufactured...each piece looks identical to the last one I just ate. It's like half the price of everything else too.

I will eat it, but not if there's anything else available.

I do my best to support local folks, and this guy makes some of THE BEST JERKY I've ever had. His jerky is great. His meat sticks (yes, I said it) are also yum:

Same here - the guy that makes my favorite is made here locally as well and it's better than any machine made anywhere - nothing beats local handmade jerky!

I went with a Mexican buddy of mine to a rodeo as he's into that shit and an excuse for me to sit outside get some fresh air and drink and watch him knock some bulls down. Was a mexican dude walking around in a cowboy hat/boots selling homemade jerky which was really good.
