Nissan 350Z anyone?

Seeing how popular Audi TT appears to be among adult webmasters, I figured many of you might like the new Nissan 350Z.
Has anybody bought one yet or are anyone considering it?
From what I have heard and read it should be much better than the TT and much more fun to drive. Plus it looks just as good (perhaps even better) and it's pretty much the same price.

Not that I am planning to buy one myself or anything (yeah like I could afford it here in Denmark anyway) just asking out of curiosity.

It's a great sports car... Flip to any review of it in any automobile magazine and I'd be heavily surprised if I saw anything negative about it.

Exactly! A reporter from BBC compared it to the 911, but at about half the price.

Not my cup of tea. But I guess its a cool car.. I would get the G35 for a few bucks more. Maybe if they made a convertable I would like it more.

I am seriously looking at the G35, but this is very nice looking as well. I assume the G35 would be more tricked out luxuries-wise.

Gotta love that tiny little car with 280odd HP. ;>

Cheers,
Backov

it's a nice car, and the reviews on it make it out to be a pretty good car. but i'm still partial to the audi TT. someone should put together a 350z vs TT showdown. haha

yeah, a bit more luxury, a little softer all around than the 350. and sure, the extra power is nice between the two i'd go with the Z... but i like sports cars.

Yup 280 HP is not bad for a car that size
And actually I think the 350Z looks better.

Cool.. I was shopping around for a 300zx TT back in 1997 used to really like that car. The new one is nice but 280Hp is not that much if you want a sports car.. Do they also have a turbo model comming out?

no, that is the only engine (just a massaged version of the G35 powerplant). road tests peg 0-60 at 5.6 seconds (road and track).

Takes away some of the characteristic looks in my opinion. At least judging by that picture alone.

Ya I don't think I like the convertible version of that car. For convertible, I'd rather go with something else like the Spider or the S2000. Or if we're getting crazy a Z4. ;>

But most likely I will just end up driving the hard top versions of the G35 and the 350Z and seeing which one is nicer..

Cheers,
Backov
