Hi guys,

I would like to hear your opinion on my very low conversion rate with juggcash.com

I'm with juggcash since mid of 2011 and have a very low conversation rate since April 2012.

Before that date I had at least a few sales. I don't have such bad conversions with any other affiliate program I'm using! When contacting a juggcash affiliate manager he told me, that "my traffic isn't that good"!

But since I made only ONE SALE within TWO YEARS (but sending them 69K uniques) I'm a little confused and would like to hear your opinion! Is juggcash playing a fair game with their affiliate partners?

I think it's safe to say they don't work with your traffic.

Jugg Cash is one of my worst converting programs. They have stellar videos but they just don't convert.

Converting 1:40000 with Juggcash is perfectly normal. Hands down, they have some of the best content on the net, but every surfer with a credit card has already joined their sites. The ones that havent, MindGeek converts before you do with their tube sites.

Pretty much. Rule of thumb. If it doesn't earn you at least $0.01/unique ($10/1000 uniq) either pull it or ignore it and work on something else that does.

I totally agree with you! I guess the only option is to quit with juggcash and focus on other programs!

Its a shame that a site with such great content doesn't bring me conversions...

I am basing this on my own and closer coleagues/partners ratios. Maybe we all just suck, however it would be against the odds (5-6 people promoting different sponsors and different techniques all getting "not common" ratios).

Also note that I mentioned "unless you channel/filter + pre sell well". It is always possible to lower the ratios and get higher per click earning, but that would not be entirely accurate comparison. You can get 10.000 hits to your site, send 7.000 to sponsor and get 2 sales. You can also get 10.000 hits and with another preselling technique send 4.000 to the site and get the same 2 sales. Ratios would be 1:3.5K versus 1:2K, however bottom line would be the same.
Of course you can also get 3 sales instead of 2 with the second method. And vice versa.
point is that ratios and EPC is not everything and can wary depending on your preselling style. Some send most of the hits to the sponsor in hope that sponsor would sell them, some like to send only "presold" hits, making the ratios way better. Not necessary bottom line would be better though.
That is why ratios is not completely accurate comparison when you have different styles of preselling.

I think you are right for selling most paysites as an affiliate. That is why I got out of that and went to dating and cams. Even in 2011 I was doing 1:1,400ish with an average sale worth about $25. That was about 1.7 cents per click then. It's worse now with ctr harder to get. The ctr change was what killed me. The low EPC just sealed the deal.

But so as not to be too negative if you find a paysite as an affiliate with over 2 cents / unique earnings without pre-selling or filtering the hell out of it, best ride it for all it is worth. I bet a few diamonds in the rough still exist out there.

You only gave that as an example but the problem for me is that it wasn't 10,000 hits to my site to get 4,000 hits to the sponsor. It was more like 500,000 hits to my site to get 4,000 hits to my sponsor. And I had multiple dynamic ads continually optimizing by ctr to try to get that the best I could. The ctr just dropped to shit after 2011/2012 for the paysites. No one would click anymore because they had no intention of buying the product. Even if you were selling fist fucking midgets dressed as Star Trek characters. You needed ungodly amounts of traffic to make meaningful income. Of course this is just for the affiliate tubes I am speaking of.
