or why is support not answering emails? where can i ask something about the program, when main support is treating me like some trash? i am sending sales, and nobody can get back to me? this is really incredible, i feel like my boss is laughing at me and saying fuck off you little piece of trash, you are not worth my few words! really, seriusly! thank you for reading ...

so you are rep for both programs? maybe the easiest way to prevent similar misunderstandings is to update contact informations, as contact emails in affiliates area are deaf ... will send you email, but, where? and from now on, you are the guy from bb, p3 and nd? i am really lost, sorry ...

update emails on contact pages to one actual and answer those emails, and, voila, problems solved! its not only about bb, there is many programs who dont answer, maybe you have to send ten sales a day to get into vip support ... ... sad ...

Affiliate programs are abusing the "be patient" clause, because they know other gfy members, or industry board members, will buy into it and defend them.

I see your point and more or less agree with it. BangBros has a weird affiliate system with obsolete stats and unreliable ticket system. But they are good people, they are paying, and emailing Steve or leaving him an ICQ msg always worked for me

What I am saying is that it barely makes any sense to bump such a thread on Friday (afternoon?) to get a reply, from a company that seems to be Not over-staffed.

It wasn't to get a reply Like I said, it's not about the $200...keep it, give it to a charity of your choosing, whatever... it's about my being pissed off that in 2016 there are way too many incidents like this - I gotta chase up payments owed, I gotta send a ticket, sit around for a reply, send another ticket in case the first was missed, move on to emailing x times, and apparently I have to then try ICQ, then try skype, email again and cc whomever else, to get my own fucking payment for services rendered. I don't think so

It's great that you get replies straightaway, obviously - but when I'm sitting here and I don't, despite referring webmasters who have sent xxx joins so far, or if I have sent joins myself and just want to be paid, and so on (I'm talking not just of P3 here), then yeah I'm gonna say fuck this noise, and drop a hint to fellow webmasters, or throw in a dig. Apparently I'm the asshole for doing that though after making repeated efforts to contact whomever, and not the shitty support at xyz program... suits me.

You are right, I'm also webmaster managing several sites and Bangbros always answer fast and give me member's access for all their sites for download videos, what is much appreciated.

but a question I'm just curious if you know the answer by chance... I don't understand why a big company like that who makes millions of dollars is still having so crappy affiliate program and old design sites?

The only program that's paid me $250 for a webmaster referral before is Fetish Hits.

I PERSONALLY answer my affiliates emails. And not one of them has ever gone unanswered as far as I know ...and for 12 solid years now. If there is an issue, I will fix it immediately. However, there are not many issues really. Just a bunch of sales flowing in from the guys that promote the content. I get a few questions here and there, but not that many. It's a pretty solid and simple program with high conversions.
