        No one invests time or money in a high crime area. Crime areas have much less opportunity for employment, housing, decent shopping and restaurants.

        No investor in his right mind builds housing, stores or puts a business in a crime riddled neighborhood.

                                        Sidenote: it is racist to assume that only people of color would live in an area to be avoided. The app is not racist but our perception of the US is pretty skewed obviously hahaha.
