Sad to hear about this. Pichunter was a superb place .. Cliphunter was OK as well. I liked working with TarPy.. Have no idea who to get help from for years.
My colleague just reported that he successfully logged in though. We'll do some resubmitting for a few weeks and if I won't forget I will post updates here with the results.

Just bumping this to see if you all ever got a resolution, and if so, who you contacted,

I'm wanting to delete a slew of galleries from there, then take them off my server. Thus far, it is not possible. I get nothing but "waiting for submitter.krawl.com"

I am reluctant to just kill the galleries at the server level, because I don't want to have a bunch of dead links on my account there. But I am not sure that would even matter with the system that they have now where they aren't actually linking to what is submitted.
