I have thousands of .jpg, .tif, .psd, mp4, and all sorts of other files on my computer and backup drives. I'm trying to organize them, but it's nearly impossible. I've tried to use Adobe Bridge, but it crashes if I choose to view thumbnails. What program do you use for photo (or file) management? I need to be able to delete duplicates, move files to new directories, rename, etc.

I've been using ThumbsPlus since 2000 and use it pretty much every day. It can do everything you mention, and it's fast.I have thousands of .jpg, .tif, .psd, mp4, and all sorts of other files on my computer and backup drives. I agree...I started using it back in 1998 and have used it every day since.
It's a great way of organizing, tagging, and even quick editing! The program is amazing!

I love LR, but only use it if I'm shooting RAW's. For some of my shoots I only need to shoot JPG's (usually Large Fine), and ThumbsPlus does the job better and faster than LR, IMHO.Comment

Use Lightroom now
