I don't know who it belongs to but it doesn't seem to belong to Amanda Knox. None of the footprints tested positive for her DNA. If they were her foot prints, why weren't they in her room?

Other than the fact that Knox lived with the murder victim, there not one shred of evidence that leads me to believe she had anything to do with it.

Something is not right with that site....

They discovered seven footprints in the corridor between Meredith's bedroom where she was murdered and Amanda Knox's bedroom. No similar footprints were discovered anywhere else in the cottage. The three footprints in Knox's room yielded Knox's genetic profile and one of the footprints in the hallway contained both Amanda and Meredith's DNA.

The footprints were never proven to be made in blood. The footprints were detected with luminol. As mentioned above, the stains were tested with tetramethylbenzidine which is extremely sensitive for blood. All of the stains detected with luminol tested negative for blood.

So now we aren't sure where the footprints are, and then when they tested them for blood they didn't find any?

Those prints were cleaned up with bleach; but bleach doesn't remove all the properties of blood so the print is still lighting up even if you can't find a blood cell.

The footprints are blood by any reasonable analysis.

Rudy Guede admitted he was in Meredith?s room at the time of the attack. His DNA, along with Meredith?s blood, was found on Meredith's purse. His shoeprints, set in Meredith?s blood, were found in the bedroom and in the hallway leading out the front door. As mentioned above, his handprint, in Meredith?s blood, was found on a pillowcase underneath her body. Most importantly, Guede?s DNA was found inside Meredith?s body.

The evidence against Guede doesn't erase Sollecito's bloody footprint from the bathroom rug.
It doesn't erase Knox's DNA mixed with the victims DNA, on the sink and in cleaned up bloody footprints matching Knox's foot.

The injuries on the victims's body were caused by more than one person attacking her at the same time according to the autopsy.

The judge that sentenced Guede maintains that Guede didn't do it alone.

These are not my findings, these are the court findings.

At this point it may be too late for Knox to get a deal; but if a deal could be made I would say this :

We didn't do it, and we weren't there when it happened but when we went to the apartment
and discovered the body we immediately knew Guede did it.

He had said things that we didn't take seriously, and that was a mistake because he went on to actually do things like that.

We didn't see the body at first because the light was off when we went inside and that's
why we didn't see the blood that we had already walked in before turning on the light.

We couldn't rat Guede out because "we owed him a favor" (drugs, money, blah).
So we decided to clean up where we had wondered around in the apartment trying to
figure out what to do. We just wanted to remove evidence that we were there after the fact because we "owed Guede".

We didn't disturb any evidence of the crime, so we knew Guede would be caught,
so we didn't need to get involved is how we thought at the time.


I would accept that if Knox and Sollecito claimed it.
That's actually what the evidence looks like to me.
