Per capita spending? Sorry but I find that hard to believe. Culturally there have to be countries who spend more per person on porn that the US or UK. I'm not talking about the sum I'm looking per person.

I would say that Lutherian countries (like Germany), since there is Lutherian work ethic (work your ass off) people have money, and people are not that fanatic into religion, so porn is not so taboo. All the religious nuts moved across Atlantic to practice their religion in peace and the rest of the more religious people live in the "Pope" countries.

No. Based per capita as requested by OP. An average Japanese customer spends at least 2 to 3 times more on porn compared to an American. Producers spend a lot more on their work compared to Americans, too. Korean numbers are even higher. Most Scandinavian porn customers spend alot as well during dark winter.
