                      The remake is being directed by George Miller who did the original trilogy. I have faith in it being somewhat decent.

                                              Apparently it's a reboot and not a remake. So they won't be retelling the same story lines from the previous movies.

                                                      It's supposedly a 2 hour chase movie which is what Miller wanted to do.

                                                      There's very limited dialog and a loose narrative. Not all movies have to fit in the box of having some complex plot and lots of blah blah explaining shit.

                                                          No dialog means not having to mute the sound or ignore it. You still get to hear the sound FX.
