    If you were I charge of gfy how would you fix it?

    Ok, we all can see it's going to the shitter. It's important to remember it's just here to make money, so bearing that in mind...

    Here are my suggestions, post yours

    Create a sub forum for fighting. Move all fight threads there.
    Stop fucking about with Facebook, emails, twitter, report posts and all that shit dev work.
    Pay people with skill to write decent threads, like the old edu series posts. Could just be paid with free ads. Hosting, marketing, seo, ad buying, shooting, editing, etc etc
    Focus on sharing information, not racist/political/global warming threads
    Help affiliates make themselves useful
    Ban the pointless
    Force sigs with links to the posters business. No business, no place here
    Get some mods with experience and understanding
    Encourage newbs with threads aimed at them
    Start weekly google hangouts lead by different experts each week on different subjects
    Add some gamification
    Work t sensible punishment. Time. For 24 hours, then a week, then a month, then permabanned
    Stop letting people rejoin with fake nicks

    I get it, this place exists. It to help anyone, but to make money selling ads. However, unless shit changes, there won't be any ad impressions to sell.

    Post your suggestions for improvements. Be better than just whinging like a bitch about stuff.

              I am quite new in this forum and I started to use the Q&A part, as the threads can be easily found from there. From this "fucking around" part you have to find useful stuff from the clutter.

              I have just few requests: I like to fuck around, so no change to that, but I would like that even the "newbie" questions would get answers and I don't wan't to see those bizarre cock pictures, people covered in shit, gay's fucking eatch other in asses, or some mutilation.

              Although fucking around could be separated from program discussion and such.

It's been requested many times over the years, but of course no one could be bothered. And that position is just one of thousands of high ranking positions held by black people who have or does not have (because they are racists) white employees.

                                                                                                                                              3. Warn/ban anyone starting more than three non-industry related topics a day or more than ten such topics in a week.

                                                                                                                                              4. Make the prefixes mandatory and allow only reading certain prefixes, ordering by prefix, etc.

                                                                                                                                              5. Close down personal attack threads on sight. (not to include business related criticisms)

                                                                                                                                                                  Believe it or not, his point of view is the point of view of the mainstream medias in france... while this is of course (very) stupid, the same medias cry because the far right wing becomes stronger and stronger (these medias deny the reality).
                                                                                                                                                                  It becomes annoying at the utter level to watch the french debates on french TV. It is just "hey you are racist", "no, you are the racist" this is the only ideology that is left here and of course, you can't just think politics with this single concept.

Some people find this annoying... not me, but i have a suggestion to improve this board:

I don't care about racism, politics, or what ever people can talk about what they want and I think they should be free too.

                                                                                                                                                                                              However, the one thing I do vehemently oppose is the use of multiple nicknames to say things you wouldn't say yourself or to toggle between accounts to make your arguments seem more plausible to the lurkers.

                                                                                                                                                                                              If you are going to say something, say it with your own voice and be held accountable for it rather than scurrying behind bogus nicknames, conjecture, and lack of fortitude.

                                                                                                                                                                                              I know that the moderators of this forum are just as aware that people are using multiple nicknames as they are that people are making racist remarks, but for some reason don't want to crack down on them.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Other than that, keep up the good work.
