Haven't had any of those vaping problems - in fact the transition was surprisingly easy from the start.

I will say this, if you want to quit and go to vaping, do NOT think that the tobacco flavors are going to do it, that shit is NASTY - get flavors and play with them til you find what you like and can handle!

Exactly. Nearly everyone starts with tobacco-like flavours...and most gradually shift to better-tasting flavours. Currently my favorite all-day vape flav is 'Sweetish Berry' (tastes much like the swedish berry ju-jube).

But all this digresses from your OP about quitting entirely - which is just great. :)

I know someone who coughs his lungs out with a sick phlegmy sound for a good 30 seconds, takes a drag of a cig and wheezes out a "Smoking isn't bad for you - its a conspiracy!" without blinking.

Congrats! I am approaching 1 year of non-smoking. Its not easy to quit something you have been doing for a long time but totally worth it!

Please put down the magnifying glass, haven't we talked about this before?

Lisa, yes it is, I can't even say how much better I feel - and the health issues I have thank me often as well. lmao

It was not easy. I tried quitting many times before and failed. I finally got so disgusted with myself that I was able to stop. Gave all my weed to a friend, started working out like crazy to keep me busy. Found a really good forum that served as an online support group.

Good stuff :thumbsup

Oh nice - do you ever crave them? I've heard sometimes the cravings never ever stop, please say it isn't so!

There are times I would punch someone in the face just for a drag but I dont do it cause the benefits of not smoking outweigh anything else

Well done and keep it going!
