Something that pins your ears back with brute horsepower. No paddle shifter, heavy duty clutch, wide tires and mean street look.

          Brute = Not refined
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
          think about that

I have told you many times already - it is not about speed limit, you do not need to overspeed in order to enjoy fast start or to enjoy overcoming other cars quickly and so on.

If you talk about speed limit, you should say - oh this car can reach 250kmh, but oops whjats the speed limit. In other words - critique max speed when you talk about speed limit, not this thing...

Tesla Model S : 0-60 MPH in 4.2 Seconds. Fuel cost? About $3.00 per "tank". Awesome.
SRT Hellcat : 0-60 in 3.5 seconds. Fuel cost? $85 per tank. Meh.

Sorry.. I used to love muscle cars, especially big ones like these, but to me they're just not cool anymore. I'm sure it's a super fun car to drive but cool is in the eye of the beholder.

I'm surpriced there is a market for cars like that. I would rather have a lighter BMW M6/5/3 or Mercedes, But I guess that will cost 3 times as much over there.

Must be fun to drive, but not my kind of car.

It is more amusing that you do not critique almost ALL the cars then... They have max speed of 200kmh or more. This parameter would be more fitting to critique if you speak about "hey, whats the speed limit".

i hear ya, gimme a car that's thrashable at low speeds, like the toyota 86/subaru brz that can drift at 30mph and i'll be grinning from ear to ear! and have a car that is not overkill and actually dangerous in most people's hands, prolly including mine.

                            Hi Dyna...

I think maybe you don't get me. Let me put it another way. The SRT Vendzilla posted is a cool looking car for sure. I like the looks of American Muscle Cars and the new SRT is one sex car for sure, just not "for me".

I used to love everything about American Muscle cars, but not any more. To me, gas cars just aren't as cool as electric ones.

I will always state my point in a friendly way, or I'll be a total asshole about it too, but that's just me, and that's just GFY. Everyone here has very strong opinions, and everyone here defends those opinions to the death. It's what GFY users do, its what keyboard warriors do.

So: If Vendy pulls up in an SRT at some future trade show, everyone will stand around and gasp because it IS a cool looking, fast fucking car. Maybe he will even take me for a ride in it (and into the woods and beat the shit out of me). Would I ever buy one myself though? No. I think electric is cooler, smarter and more high tech, and I just don't want to give any more money to big oil because all they do is pollute the world with it. IMHO of course.

                            Peace.

It might be $3.00 now, but wait.. The oil companies aren't going to go broke.

And it cost less than the top Mustangs or Corvettes.

I'm sure there will be some people getting this and adding to it, like better tires. But for off the production line, holy shit!
Again, not bashing it because it's badass but you are taking a special edition Hellcat comparing to stock Camaros, Vettes, Vipers, and Mustangs so sure it has more HP.

Just like a COPO Camaro will have more HP then any "stock" vette right off the line but that doesn't mean in general Camaros are faster then Vettes.
