anyways, I've seen reverse racism plenty of times. In the Mission district in SF all the hispanics hated all the white people moving in because it was raising rents.

i went to a highschool for a little bit that as 90% and experienced my fair share of racism.

There's ignorant black people, ignorant white people. But you can't characterize an entire people based on your experience. I have friends that live in the hood too, where white people/black people/mexicans/ koreans get along fine.

but, that racism might exist among a group of impoverished disenfranchised people is hardly surprising. Plenty of affluent white people who were born with a silver spoon in their mouths are racist.

Uh, if you're really in Charleston, look around - anything that's over 100 years old was built by blacks. Go down to the market and look at the baskets - buy one from an old black lady that's been making them since she was 6. Give it to your children. Have them use and abuse it for 200 years.
