I really like the website, it looks like natural content, not overdone, and certainly not looking like a cheap runaway. I am very happy that these kind of sites are still being produced. If you want to find webmasters to help you send traffic aka sales, then it is a must you represent yourself on forums where webmasters are looking for programs/websites to make money with.
It is nice when you are communicative towards new possible affiliates, and generate trust between them and you. Casual talk, replying on their postings with some humanity will certainly gain you some credibility.
If you have figured out for yourself how much money you are prepared to put in a start up, you`ll be able to manage some contests or buy some signatures or buy some traffic from reputable sellers. Preferable you can make a nice webmaster affiliate signup page and buy webmaster traffic. I am sure many will give you a fair chance with their traffic, be sure to be grateful when they do.
I am not sure if GFY is the best place to start, but it is part of a start. Be very careful with whom you trust in this industry, never show the back of your tongue, be preserved, if you are in the mood to reward someones trust, you can always offer them a better business deal.

For starters you would need an Affiliate software platform software/backend and Affiliate promotion of some sort.
If you intend to use CCBill long term they offer an affiliate platform with their accounting software to the merchant sites processing payments with them. Many smaller niche paysites utilize the pool of existing affiliates that like the CCBill affiliate program. Unless your intention is to develop a group of niche paysites, and it would be economically viable to incur the expense of an independent affiliate program, this sort of arrangement would be the fastest and least expensive way to go.
You could also cascade your billing into other 3rd party credit card processors that offer their own affiliate programs too however you will incur additional administrative expense.
Plan B would be to get celebrity endorsement; Mitt Romney's and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's as their favorite website to Fap at -- get all of Utah fapping -- not that hard to do
.
Then you could go viral in the niche community -- get a MID and your own merchant account processing, being able to volume qualify for as well as economically justify the cost of the Affiliate end of things.Comment

Many programs/sites could take lessons on how to entice the surfer with a trailer made like that.
The content does look good but will likely only appeal to a surfer looking for this type of content. Meaning it's not really pornstar or amateur but 'small niche' which is fine.

Congrats on the launch. If you get enough eyeballs on the site, the LDS in SLC Utah maybe interested in buying you out. And I am not even joking. Sat next to LDS leaders on a flight to Kiev about 10 years ago. They informed me about a domain which used a common and popular LDS term which of course had porn content.
