If you never cried you do not take sports too seriously. I take it averagely seriously and cried +- 3 or 4 times in my life so far.
You are the second North American (along CDsmith) who made fun of people crying. You just do not understand how important and how good sports in the world are. Fantastic goal. Germany was the best team in the tournament and deserved the win. Argentina has a lot to be proud of, they just weren't quite as good.
Great tournament. Really glad it ended before penalty kicks. I do think they should change the rules for the finals only (since there is no next game). If a finals game ends tied after extra time each team should have to remove one player and go another 15 minutes. Every 15 mins another player comes off from each side. If it takes 3 hours and gets down to 6v6 or 5v5 someone will score a goal and it's a much fairer result than penalty kicks deciding a final.Last edited by Relentless; 07-13-2014, 02:25 PM.Comment
