I've said it before and I'll say it again. Gasoline has its place, and always will. I am not one of those that think Oil will ever be completely replaced. It's impossible imho.

However it doesn't mean that alternate, green or greener solutions should not be explored or considered. Gas driven cars use too much energy to move people around compared to diesel powered busses and trains, and electric cars. I also think that big oil has had its chance, and has blown it. Big oil pollutes and their clean-up efforts are weak at best. They do not deserve my business anymore, so I switched to what I think is a cleaner, cheaper form of energy. That's it! That's all man... Please don't talk to for me. If you have a question for me and want me to clarify my position on things to you I am happy to do it but don't do it for me.
