Go to your User CP, view all subscribed threads. Click the checkbox next to the thread(s) you want to unsubscribe from, select "unsubscribe" from drop down menu. Click "Go."
Bam, unsubscribed.

See if you have any threads listed here:
https://gfy.com/subscription.php But the "Settings & Options" and then "Edit Options" brassmonkey posted will allow you to unsubscribe from all emails from GFY.
