I read an investigative piece based on this researcher's long report with some additional investigative work on the New York Times website

the Clintons have always been shady, as shady as the Bush family, no surprise, oligarchs gonna oligarch. Obama was more the outsider, more independent, but still every president and politician is a mere puppet with many powerful hands stuck up his puppet ass making him move.

The BBC are trying to be so 'fair and impartial' during this election campaign (the UK one) that it has become a bit of a joke...

You can see them counting the seconds each party spokesperson gets before they cut them off mid flow.....

BBC producer - "OMG Cameron got an extra 5 seconds, Milliband will be furious - Farage has already filed a lawsuit"...

Some people probably believe that Hillary started the fire at Benghazi using her personal email server and nothing anyone says on any TV show can change that.

                    Perception is reality.

so now that the Clinton cash is out of the box is it any wonder her emails server is 'deleted' and unrecoverable and she won't turn the drive over?

can you say anything that puts a negative cast on the Obama administration with out saying "Bush"...? just curious....

I wouldn't, but I'm not running for president and I did not use the "companies email" to conduct personal business or vice versa.

So is the fact that that she used the 'companies email' to conduct personal business enough to disqualify her as president?..

It was (historical) bad judgement at best - She's not the first potential candidate to have suffered from that, surely?....

I wouldn't call it "bad judgment" when she destroyed items that she was specifically not supposed to destroy. If this happened after we knew of a crime, it would be called tampering with evidence. In this case, we have no way of knowing whether or not there is a crime because the evidence was destroyed.

Did she commit a crime? I have no idea, but she sure did not help her case.

Dude, what are you talking about? When did I say Bush? You want me to say something negative about Obama and that will give me credibility with you? And you will play nicely and do the same someday too? lol ok.

I have always said that the INSTANT Obama said the phrase "clean coal" I knew he was completely useless on any major strides to get off oil and coal and move this country into the future. Also, that whole "pull the plug on grandma" bullshit from senator Grassley was, in my view, an orchestrated fiasco from both sides to help get single payer out of the equation. That was such utter bullshit that I'm still pissed off about it!

Obama was also, and still is also, by far, the vastly better option than that asshole or two the right put up against him. IMHO. YMMV. YOLO. LOL. GFY. ETC.

Oh emails and shit? Who didn't erase their personal emails? lmao. Everyone did. The ENTIRE email thing is a red herring IMHO and you would be smart to begin seeing it that way right NOW rather than be in the crowd that never gives up on it. Hispanic Jeb deleted all of his too, lol. Nobody cares because they shouldn't The ONLY reason anyone would care is if they have pre-judged her guilty. Like cops deciding the husband killed the wife and naturally putting everything into that storyline to convict him when it was the neighbor. This shit happens all the time and should be apparent. But, faith is for the blind.. in other words people are going to see what they want to see.. back again at perception is reality and giving

No, in some peoples mind she DID commit a crime and no recoveries of any emails in the universe will un-convict her.

If you ask me, the conservative sludge machine is releasing this way too early. Why blow your wad 2 years before the election when this might be the best ammo you have to keep Hillary out of the white house? You know it's not like Republicans are going to win because they have such great stances on all the issues, so they need to sling as much mud as possible. With the clown show running on their side, they need all the help they can get. Being against everything, except for big business, guns, gays and minorities is not a platform.

If you ask me, the conservative sludge machine is releasing this way too early. Why blow your wad 2 years before the election when this might be the best ammo you have to keep Hillary out of the white house...
Maybe they are pre-empting a similar volley from the left - If a Rep candidate has a similar problem the Dem's can't really say a lot...

the emails were not Hillary's to delete, they were the State Department's, you know, her employer at the time..

and it was requested she hand over specific emails, none of which were personal emails, when she conveniently erased them permanently. she did this after the senate oversight committee requested the pertinent emails.

December 2014: In response to a request from the State Department, Clinton provides 50,000 pages of printed e-mails. The Department provides 900 pages related to Benghazi to the House committee in February.

March 10, 2015: Clinton tells reporters that she set up the system because she did not want to carry two devices–one for work email and one for personal e-mail.

She says she turned over 30,490 work-related e-mails to the State Department

and deleted 31,830 e-mails that she deemed to be personal.
