GFY chefs: Need McDonald or KFC Mayonnaise recipe

i like DIY , so i try to replicate/make what i get in fastfood joint. , at home.

i have been trying various Mayonnaise brands , but nothing tastes like , Mayonnaise used in McDonald or KFC Burgers.

How do they fucking make it ?
or its not Mayonnaise at all ? and something else ?

i even heard they take regular mayo and modify it.

i heard they use egg-less mayo.

enlighten me here.

Taste wise, it's pretty close to French mayonnaise.
I would take the french recipe (whisk method):
Classic Mayonnaise Recipes | Ricardo

To be as close to the taste as humanly possible without all the chem stuff, I would prefer the White wine vinegar, cut down on pepper, replace the dry mustard with half the quantity of Dijon mustard.
Maybe add a pinch of sugar at the end (because let's face it, there's always sugar somewhere in a Macdonald's recipe).

You should be pretty much there.

just wanna say SLOWLY is an urban legend.
you can check on youtube how ppl are making it with using hand blenders in few seconds.
here's not bad example it's in polish so just turn off sound, but there's plenty of movies.

scroll to 3:55 when he's starting blending (it's not slowly..)

thats not eggless, i am under impression that KFC AND McD guys use eggless mayo. so they dont have to maintain 2 types of mayo one for non-veg and another for veg.
