    Does anyone else love negotiating for domains?

    I love it, it is almost like going into combat with another person.

    Emotions are left at the door and battle begins

    Anyone care to share any of their tactics for negotiating ?

              Same psychology as not calling a girl back right away. Wait 3 days to counter offer which might make them think they made a mistake and should have been more flexible. Then when they get your offer they jump on it.

                  I don't understand the concept of paying more than $10 for a domain. If you want a domain, buy it, and if it's not for sale buy something similar. Not difficult at all.

                      Don't call her back right away, she'll get big headed or think you're too keen and then start thinking she's too good for you and worth more. Even if you end up on a date, she'll expect to be treated like a queen.

                                      Depends on the domainer you are dealing with, most are pretty good at recognising this type of activity. I try to reply with no bs in good time. When they want to play games, i'll drag it out or just forget about it completely.
