There has been talk of hatred and racism on GFY lately. There is no greater hatred than the hatemonger/child abusers who wear black robes and call themselves family court judges. The last thing these sewer rats care about is the best interests of the child. If the judge does not like your gender, religion, political views, or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed then your child's life could be completely destroyed.

In most cases it is the father who becomes the punching bag in family court but it could also very well be the mother if the father is politically connected or if the judge just does not like something about the mother. It is a completely corrupt system so basically if you ever have to go to family court it is like bizarro land where anything can happen. Again, the very last thing the judge cares about is the best interest of the child. They care more about their ideology of hate than anything else. They hate families, they hate fathers, they hate traditional values, they hate the fact they never had a kid, they hate hate hate hate. If you have ever heard of the history of the USSR and how tens of millions of people were shipped off the the gulags in Siberia to die then you begin to understand the amount of hatred these judges have for families. Imagine the people who ran the gulags. Imagine the empty souls these pathetic fucks had and how they could mass murder so many people and then go eat a sandwich like it was nothing. This reminds me of the family court judges. These monsters ruin lives and then go have a drink, go to dinner, see a movie, etc like nothing happened. Had these monsters been alive during another time I can see them being death camp commanders since both jobs require a black heart and zero ethics.

Then of course we have the bottom feeding family law attorneys who guide women into the domestic violence industry. Yes it is certainly an industry when you consider how much money is made. If a woman talks to one of these lizards then she quickly learns that all she has to do is go to DV court and claim she is afraid of her husband. Then the kids are taken away from him for a year. He might get visitation but it will be ever other weekend. Then by the time the trial for family court rolls around the judge says "oh well the mother has been taking care of the children all year so she gets the kids". That is the scam of the VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) which is anti family, anti father anti child and yes anti woman as well. These women who make false allegations pay for it later in life when the children realize that she took their loving father away from them.

The people in the family court/DV court DO NOT FUCKING CARE if an allegation is true or not. They just rubber stamp almost every claim that comes through their court. They HATE men and HATE fathers and HATE familes, and HATE mothers.

The mother was a mental case and was having dreams of killing her children. The father went to DV court to try to compell her to get help. He wanted a protective order for his son and daughter. What did the hatemonger child abusing judge do? That cunt slaps a restraining order on HIM!!! What happens?? The little boy goes missing. The mother came up with a crazy story but most likely that little boy is in a ditch or at the bottom of the ocean.

And another reason these judges hate women is that so many of the resources for abused women go to women who are just making up a story to get the father taken out of her life. Many women who are in real danger do not get the help they need and end up getting killed. But these hatemongers do not care about that. All they care about is the money that pours into the DV industry.

Children are being abused every day in your own hometown by these sewer rats wearing robes and it does not stop because good people do nothing. The "good people" spend their time bickering about bogus left/riight politics, watch TV shows, eat junk food, and dream about their next cool car.

So Happy Fathers Day and a big FUCK YOU to all the blobs of worthless flesh who do absolutely nothing other than focus on their own personal comfort.

What are decent and rational people demand to save children from abusive family court judges?

1. Evidence! In DV court evidence can be thrown out and hearsay can be used in favor of that evidence!!!! Yes it is true. You can walk into the court with video evidence that proves your case and the judge can and often does just ignore it. They just want to put a restraining order on the father and take him away from his kids and potentially place the kids with an abusive mother or a mother who dates abusive men which puts the children in great danger. How often do you hear of a boyfriend or step father abusing or killing children? It happens way way way too often. The "rules of evidence" should apply in DV court just like in every other court.

2. Jury trials. The fate of children should be decided by a group of people from each community. The fate of children should not like in the hands on one bigoted and biased judge who often does not even have any children of their own.

This isn't anything new, that much I can tell you. When my parents split up when I was 8 years old, by all rights neither of them should have gotten custody of me and my brother - they both were extremely physically abusive and it came down to my dad getting custody because it was an extremely small town and he was close friends with the judge, so he never even had to show up in court - he was given custody of us and my mom's rights completely stripped away - I had bruises so bad that 3 Drs said I should have been dead but somehow he was convinced my mom had done it to me when it was actually him that had done it. He was reported for child abuse many times but back then, they had to make appointments, they couldn't just come rushing in, so he'd make sure all appointments were made for after bruises had healed. He even convinced the judge somehow that my mom had done some of them when she hadn't been allowed near us for a few years - this is not to say my mom was any better - because lord knows she wasn't, but because he was good friends and party/drinking buddies with the judge, he was always "in the right".

This was in the early 70s... so by all rights and I know this doesn't make it really any better - but at least the GOOD ONES that do their jobs can save a lot more kids than they could when I was growing up -

You are right about it though - these days they have a completely different set of rules - but yet the exact same ones when it comes down to it - they side with whoever can do the most for them personally - or have relationships with, whatever they decide to do and there isn't a damn thing anyone can say or do about it.

And it isn't always the dad's in the wrong - in a great many cases it is the moms but it's just damn near impossible for them to prove a mom unfit than it is a dad and that's what pisses ME the hell off when it comes to the safety and welfare of little kids - it's just sickening.

I've been lucky and never had to go through this; My wife and I have one child, now 13, and my wife still puts up with my shit.

But I saw a lot of my friends go through this and it was fucking nasty. On one hand I saw friends have to pay for the privilege of not being able to see and raise their children, and then I dated chicks who got a extra paycheck every month and all they had to do was let the baby daddy see their kid for a few hours every other weekend.

This was horrible, and a huge miscarriage of justice - and the kids just get caught in the middle.

Deadbeat dads aren't deadbeats at all - Would you want to be a father if you had to pay one third of your income to someone who hates you, have no say on how your child is raised, and only being able to see your kids twice a month? I wouldn't want to be a part of that either.

Kids need fathers, period.

I take care of my kid 24/7/365. The first time in court i 'had to shut-up', second time, same judge,i bet she did not want anything more than me shutting up, but my dossier was overwhelming. The ex was crushed. That was 5 years ago, mom hasn't tried to fight back since.

And yes, i do get along with his mom just fine, i don't hate. My son sees her more than he wants to;-).

Everyday is father's day. Today more so, i do what he wants all day so he doesn't whine;-) We're all happy, haha.

Family courts have done more to destroy families than anything else. Anyone our age knows a dozen guys who have had their asses handed to them even though they are good people.

I also know at least a dozen women who say "because you know I'll get the house and kids" no matter what, which is why women initiate two thirds of divorces.

There are some honest family law attorneys who will admit that for the child to be treated with any sort of basic respect in family court is for the mother to be a proven meth head or coke addict. THEN the judge will treat the father and child (and mother) with dignity and give custody to the father. The judges do no favor for abusive mothers and mothers with severe problems by treating the father and child like second class citizens while enabling he mother to continue with her destructive behavior. If these judges were truly pro-woman then they would intervene and make sure the woman gets the help she needs. If these judges were truly pro-woman then they would make sure little girls are with the best parent.

By the way I am no hater of mothers that is for sure. In fact I also think mothers should get primary custody more often than fathers. What I have an issue with is when mothers are clearly abusive and are neglecting the child and the judge still treats the father like he is a crack head.
